mud flaps serve a useful purpose if most of your driving is on dirt roads and or wet conditions.

Personally I dont mind them but dont think they add alot of asthetic appeal to your car, but then again as Tim pointed out its really a question of practicality vs asthetics now isnt it?

If you want em, get em, if not then dont.
