Must be a focus new car curse.
4 months in, we had someone rear end us. Its really annoying, especially since its a brand new car.
I would recommend Currans smash repairs in Auburn. The repaired my car immaculately, however they have extremely poor customer service, as we had to call up multiple times to see the process of the repair. I guess the quality of workmanship makes up for it.
