Thanks dirty hands, at least now I know I'm not crazy.
I cant believe the guys at Ford told me its normal when they clearly damaged my car. If this mechanic is able to solve it, I'm going back to ford and I'm going to make them give me my money back, I'm going to make those bastards cry... they can do something wrong, mistakes happen, but not lie to me.
