We don't need missile silos anymore, we use mobile launchers and nuclear bombs delivered by drones from
air bases...or aircraft carriers.
The closer the air base to the targets the better.
Who has the most air bases in the world mostly in foreign countries?

I can't see mention of Latvia or Estonia as having nuclear missile bases by anyone in the thread, but thanks for overstaing the obvious.
