My own Trader came from the NSW Blue mountains and used only on a Christmas tree farm.
Caged and tarped tray and easily converted to an open top for large stuff. Simple and tough.
We already have a small Isuzu truck and a large VW Crafter in the fleet. Both serve larger deliveries.

This new van needs to be multi-driver capable and approachable for all employees. You can read between the lines what that means in regard to catering for all. The size, bulk and truck-like driving dynamics are just not practical in this situation.
