I'm getting similar fuel economy readings. I drive mostly around town and I get close to 500km per tank (although I don't fill up until the 40km low fuel warning comes on).
I'm not sure if it's anything wrong at all. If anyone's getting better than 10L/100km around town with an Ecoboost Mondeo, I'd love to hear about it.
