Just make sure said junkie pens have the bare minimum amount of ink in them, that way they feel like twits after having successfully "borrowing" your pen, only to find they don't work anymore.
People who have something explained to them and then turn around two seconds after the person walks away, and asks you if you understand what they said, goat me to no end... I have a supervisor like that, who also blames EVERYTHING on someone else, lack of training or "Not being able to do it often enough".
Funny thing is, he's not once directly requested any form of training, and yet has said to me, on more than one occasion, "I know everything there is to know about this place"... And then in the next breath, asks me how to do something really simple. 18 years vs 20 months in the job, instills a lot of confidence in a person
