Not aimed your post, just aimed at those who put shit on Aussie made Commodores & Falcons, just for the sake of it.
The most common comment you hear is that they stop building Commodores because nobody was buying them any more. This is total rubbish of course, the VF Commodore was always in the top 3 best sellers until the end.
