Has anyone else had a problem like this and what can be done.

Chris or Theo maybe able to shed some light on it? I need to have this fixed. It seems to help if I hive the car a rev as though to double clutch as I change down. It does sort of get better when warm but it seems to now do it all the time regardless.
Any help here from anyone would be great
GET USE TO IT!!! Mine does it too and the one before it as well. What you are hearing is the clutch engauging on the flywheel. I think it's a combination of it being ceramic and having so much clamping force and your hearing the little bit of GIVE built into it as it engauges. They can also be prone to shudder on take off if not given enough rev's as they are extremely grippy. Reving it does help on take off to alow it to SLIP a little easier and I always give mine a BLIP on the revs on down shift anyway to match up my engine speed to the gear box. Even then it SOMETIMES gives a little squeel. I hope this helps a little.

Cheers
Glenn
