hey guys, im buying some wheels off someone in canberra and neither of us has sent or received any thing more than a letter so i was wondering if you guys had some advice on who to go through (companies), who has the best price, care of handling, how to do it... etc

I've had good success in finding a courier that does a run between the pick up and drop off states. It's usually way cheaper if the wheels can be dropped off at the depot and then collected from the destination depot.

Look in your yellow pages, steer clear of the big name couriers I found they quoted thru the roof. Some ads say what runs they do etc.

Pack n Send are really good for that sort of stuff, can be a little pricey though

Barnetts transport have bought diffs from qld to nsw for me and a rollcage from melb to nsw no problems just pay the freight when I pick up from their depot, i think barnetts are based in wollongong but they go all over aust very reasonable rates and reliable imo.
