Default Help please! Speedo needle bouncing?

I have just had my dash cluster out to replace the globes for the odometer reading. All went well until i plugged the connectors back into the rear of the cluster. The speedo needle now sits at 5km/h at rest, but whenever you turn the ignition on or off the speedo now bounces between 0-10km/h for about 5secs and comes back down to 5km/h. It is definitely is reading +5km/h at whatever speed you are currently doing at the time. Any ideas please????

Thanks -craig

Most likely answer is that one of the wires wasn't plugged in correctly, sometimes they will push back into the plug body, had a similar problem with my car recently after pulling the cluster out the alarm kept going off, the hazard lights kept flashing and the doors wouldn't lock properly, I figured the only thing I had changed was pulling the cluster out so I took it out again pushed all the wires forward into the plug bodies, plugged it back in and all was sweet again
