Hey guys,
Was on my way to the Dandy Drive in tonight to see Transformers with a few other members, when I pulled over and stopped the car at Jaycar in springvale as I was passing through. Went to start my car to leave, it started, then stalled almost straight away. It did this a couple of times, so my conclusion was fuel pump. Anyway, being female and not having any tools on me, I called one of my friends to come have a look for me. We checked everything electrical to do with the pump, then after all that turned up ok, decided to pull it out. Turned out that it wasn't actually the fuel pump that was the issue, but it was one of the connections on the actual pump itself that wasn't contacting. We put it back in and it's fine, only just got back from it like 20min ago. My friend seems to think that it may be my subs that have cause the connection to come loose. Has anyone else had this problem or something like it, I just don't wanna be caught anywhere where I don't have tools and it's the same issue. Thanks, toolchick01.
