OK OK, so I didn't go.
I did see the first group off from Dandenong on Friday. All looked well packed (inc TV) and ready for a fun weekend away. Before anyone else says it. Pix or ban:P

Have just finished unpacking. Was an awesome weekend, had a ball Pics will be uploaded tommorow, not sure how many are there as Bethany took them :P
Wagons defiantely seem the way to go, lol, packing everything up sucks :( Had an interesting drive home, with John, Kristy, Mark, Bethany and I going offroad for a bit to get to Walhalla(sp?) for lunch. Shame about the lack of drifting, but we made up for it a little with some deoderant explosions and party boy dancing through the caravan park :P |

i say ya should get a wagon to Pete, much easier. well all in all it was a fun weekend and im glad i went. it was quiet funny bn the only sober one seeing all the drunken bums and then some of them chucking. Beth and i were the only chicky babes there but we still had a ball anyway. and yes Wayne (Lthdo) we did have a tv, but we had fun playing sing star. |

Well Scotty and I have just got back to my place still haven't unpacked as yet but what a great weekend it was particularly as Pete said with the amusement of wigs and props and singalong intro of kids shows (eg. Gumby, Postman pat, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles etc) and the deoderant can explosions and butane canister (Woopsy). Also it was great fun waking up to the sounds of Wayne (Madnc_8) vomiting in the caravan sink. It was a very different weekend to normal and quite enjoyable. I will be at the next one for sure.

It was a great weekend. I didn't get there till about 8.00pm on Saturday and I proceeded to start drinking right away. I downed 8 beers in less than 2 hours. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Thankfully when I got in the morning, I felt okay, unlike Waynos. The deodorant cans were brilliant, particularly the one that blew a massive hole in the middle of a log. I had a couple of car issues that really annoyed me. After checking all the oil / coolant before setting off to my grandma's 80th at Phillip Island, everything seemed ok, but when I was about to leave Phillip Island for Glenmaggie, I discovered that my coolant had leaked out. To make it even worse, when I had the cap off, my bonnet struts gave way, and the bonnet fell onto the cap, leaving yet another small dint in my already crappy bonnet. The coolant issues didn't seem as bad for the rest of the weekend, but we discovered my radiator has a slight leak from the top tank and I need a new overflow cap. After most people had left, I cruised out to the weir wall with Mark and Scotty. It was interesting looking at the path of destruction the recent floods left behind. After Mark and Scotty left, I kept cruising around. I went up to Lanigans Bridge, which was one of the bridges heavily damaged from the floodwaters. I took a few photos which I'll post up later. I then spent the rest of the day at my parent's before driving back to Oakleigh around 7.00pm. My fuel economy was impressive. I did 610kms from a tank of fuel, which is a new personal record. What was more amazing was that according to the trip computer, I still had about 85 kms of fuel left in the tank, before I decided to fuel up! So if I ran it dry, I could have got close to 700kms from it! All up, I had fun. Well done to the organisers

Was an awesome weekend, pity to see so many people pulled out tho. We were planning to have a sh!t load more firewood but decided that $100 worth would be enough. Deoderant cans are great fun

I have to say it was a pretty good weekend, even though camping isnt my forte. Was good to kick back by the fire and relax. Satday night kicked off, funny to see the boys after a few drinks. Apparently I was giving Wayne and Dezza a bit of ?? Sorry for that! Lol Don't remember, Pete told me. Yay to Kristy for packing singstar!! Hopefully Pete uploads the pics I took this after work today.

One move I made that wasn't bright, was that I was already drunk when I got around to blowing up my airbed. I had a little pump that plugs into the car's cigarette lighter. My car has 3 of these lighters, and a grand total of 0 work! I ended up plugging it into Gavin's but it was still a bit of challenge when I could hardly walk straight!
