Default 300,000 Club

Yes, yes today at 10 minutes past ten I pulled over, got out the camera and took this.

Not that 300,000 is much to brag about a car with, just thought I would share the joy of such a rare sight on a car

Pity the first number isn't a zero as well.

And it's still going strong, bought in April 1998 with 87,000k's on it at $15,000 and travelled well over 213,000k's with me for over 7 years, I'm proud of my EB.

This got me thinking... any E-Series owners here with less than 100,000km?

And Rob, I forgot to mention this last time around, but that's a damn fine effort, especially for a 351 XD!

Wow. It's gone backwards to 21,700kms! I wish mine would do that.
Sorry. Couldn't resist. I take it you mean 217,000.

Oops. It's really got around 83900km on it, but that's not bad for 6.5 years!

Mine's approx 600000 (second dash). approx 500000km before big end bearings wore through (at 160kph, not the best time to sieze a engine)

Thankfully over the years the worse that has happened around 200,000 the transmission required a complete work over ($1500 [Auto]), around 260,000 the timing chain went ($1000) and just recently the lifters needing replacing ($500). I think I've got through a radiator as well but unsure how many k's that was at. No head gaskets ever have been replaced

But it's not the original instrument cluster, and seeing as the original clusters odometer was broken, I have no idea how many kms it has actually done...
