Relax everyone.
The pictures at photochopped. I wasn't even at the Discovery Centre on Sunday! You Chop though Pearly, can you put Elvis there too? Anyway, it was great to be one of few aloud to inspect 'the bay', I had to delete pic's of Sprint_ED's car to fit them on the camera.

Hmmm and they kept telling the Australian public that a 351 just wouldn't fit even right up to the AU T series. I guess when my bottom end is ready for a freshen up, a 5.8 might be the go.......

Cheers for the pics Warren, finally so many questions are answered.
 I really hope they get around to restoring the car fully one day.Also just to clarify, no one was 'shot down'. A thread was made before pics were available, there were unexpected delays and it was being whored to a point where any actual pics would have ended up on about page 3. I decided it was better to remove the thread and start over when the pics were available. |

So what's the reason the bonnet was shut for so long? Is it because of the unpainted bay?

Yeah looks photo shopped to me. still has 3.9 emmisions label on it, u forgot to remove that one !!
good job though, everyone knows you can't put a 351 in an EA !! Next thing you will say there was a blue capri there :hihi:

Yes, the EA GT was originally Red, had no bodykit and had NC rims :P
