Default Do bad things happen in threes? Hope not..

Well, I'm not going to comment on the incident, as it's still under investigation by the insurance companies, but here are some pictures of a recent altercation involving my car and another..

Race tape keeping the left hand front bumper together..

Not so visible, but a big dent in the front left of the bonet, Going to require a new bonet..

The hit on the left sent the right hand indicator into a spin..

Front left upper grill bar is ruined.. The headlight assembly is also buggered..

.. more pictures

Another picture of the front grill.. The bonet protector is false advertising.. :P

The saddest picture :(

Will all be fixed ASAP, who is at fault is still being investigated, as it wasn't very clear cut..

Cheers,
Yagz

Was the wood on the trailer fixed and way over the boundry of the trailer, or did it fall off?

Cover yourself and at least fill out a report at the police station, that if your not a wanted man, and provide a copy to your insurance company.

If the guy doesn't co-operate, then the police will get involved, but at the moment, it looks as though we can settle..

Such bad luck mate, your car always looked and sounded sweet when I saw it around. Hopefully it all gets fixed as good as new and you aren't out of pocket. There's nothing worse than driving around in a damaged car, always feels shit compared to when it's nice and shiny and straight.

Ohh god, Yagz I can't beleive this has happened! Its a cliche and a half I know but I know how you feel.

Now your headgasket, clutch, firewall, and pedal box have to break/go while simultaneously trying to pay for a speeding fine and bodykit and 4 new tyres and youll be in the situation i was in 4 months ago!!

Heres for a speedy recovery, now i know why you didnt want to cruise yesterday! Bet you wish you didn't sell the car bra to stevo now! Terrible news mate, terrible!

good luck

It's not bad luck, it's bad driving ;) lol JK.

Hope it all gets sorted out quick knackers.

BTW, did you really need 6 awkwardly angled photos and 3 posts? One good photo and 1 post would have done it. Me thinks there's a LOT of whoring going on around here.

Ouch! Make sure you get plenty of photos, and doccument (sp?) everything.

As for the wood incident, as Laminge said, go to the cops and fill out a statement. That way your definately covered. You never know, him falling through on the deal might be your 3 round of bad luck, and then your covered from it.

Hopefully all goes sweet with both incidents.

I think the amount of photos were nessecery (sp?), atleast it showed what was done. I think 6 photos showing everything in detail is been than say i photo showing everything but in shitty detail with arrows pointing to things that you cant see... for example the cracks in front bar, or the moved headlight assembly...

Sundeep was just having a go, i take his comments with a light heart.. Don't let his comments send this thread off track :P

The amount of photos showed the damage, so that's all that matters..

How can it be a grey area, unless they ran a red light you obviously hit them, frontal impact means 'at fault' in my experience....

Reguardless of blame it is a shame to see a nice car cop a poke in the eye...

I think i'm in the right, he thinks he is.. It was a head on, so we'll let the insurance companies sort it out..

Maybe you should buy a Hyundai?

Hope it all comes out in your favour.
