i have been thinking off doing some engine work and other stuff to my car dont really no much on that and i wanted to know what parts from other fords like eseries /au/ b series could i posibly put in my car
also just wondering what interia could i fit.

ef/el interior doors will fit with a bit of effort and slight modification.
not alot you can do seat wise. you can out in a BBM manifold form an EF/EL and an EL ECU if you want. Thermofans are a good mod as well. Serpentine conversion. Alot depends how much you can do yourself or the cost can be not worth it.
