Default EEC IV part number??

Just a quick question, i am about to buy a manual ECU and it's part number is
93da-12a650-ab
Is this a EEC IV manual ECU with smartlock??

thats a ute ecu. you can't tell if it has smartlock from the part number need to put it in the car and see. if your putting it in your ed it will work either way
