Hey all,
just got my EF and while it doesnt have any problems and drives like new, I'd like it to stay that way. So, I thought about fitting a Davies Craig elec water pump. any one used these before? Found it for $197. HERE How much am I looking at for a new standard water pump anyways? Is it worth going this? They claim "upto" a 15kw increase in power. I'm also going to be fitting a Tranny cooler made by them which I can get for $108. Luke |

Luke I wouldn't bother, the power you gain is the same the current water uses, which isn't alot. An electric pump isn't needed on a street vehicle.
Leave it as it is.

Nice lookin ride Dunky13.....
Was more for the cooling effect/reliability than the power increase. Heard a lot of horrible stories bout falcons cooking heads etc. Dunno how true, I'm quite new to owning a Ford(but not liking them). Cheers Guys |

She has only done 130,000 and the car is running cool now, sits about 5mm above the bottom line saying normal, with A/C on flatout, idleing in park. But it gets to 44degrees here, I guess its more preventitive than anything else.
