Just putting up this post to see what the owners of E series cars would be intersted in as far as underbonnet enhancements (bling) goes. My company has been in business for 5 months now and the first cars we have designed and manufactured for is the BA/BF. Over the next 12 months we are looking at doing products for the E series and AU series guys. I personally have a Typhoon as well as an EL Fairmont. You can check out our website to get an idea of what we do, although there is nothing there yet for E series. Feedback from E series owners will determine which direction we head in.
Website is www.polepositionauto.com.au Cheers Jeff

well some things that are in the ba would be good in the e-series, like custom sillicone hoses, a gauge pod for esereis, and stuff like fabricated coolant tanks, etc

great idea, as it is a big series of cars that normally gets left out.
as for bling, anything really (can't think of anything). |

how about an engine cover for the I6. similar to a BA XR8/GT engine cover but made for e-series I6 engines.
it'd be something different thats for sure! it'd also create a very clean look.

I spose just covers for anything, computer box, airbox, engine cover of some description, something that could either be carbon fibre, or painted body colour or something along those lines would be great

Definately some form of polished cover or a complete replacement for the coolant resevoir and washer bottles. Don't forget to do one for the EA's aswell ;). Polished plenums for those with BBM manifolds would both be bling and functional. If/when you do make them, i'll be purchasing the lot ;)

PWR already do e series reserve tanks, but they are pretty pricey as I think there just about the only people that do it, and the sensor versions are additional cost.
Thing I would like to get around to one day: Polish rocker cover 3' Polished intake Polish Reserve Tank hmm..cant think of anything else..will get back to you.

I really like the idea of the engine cover similar to the BA/BF's, power steering drip thing like the Territory for the EA, and the full front cover for the ef/el with the power steering drip set to the side instead of direct onto the exhaust, Intake piping for the EF/EL in mandrel bent 3" pipe.

Dont forget dress up bits for the 5.0!
The only dress up bits for the EFI windsor are all manufactured in the states for mustang engines, which have the intake manifold the other way around, so intake pipes and engine covers dont fit... A nice polished engine cover and rocker covers, with a polished intake pipe/airbox would be awesome!

gotta make up the kick-**** looking pod filter box for non BBM e-series which would mate up with the eb-ed-xh snorkel i think, or a design which would work with a big mouth EL-GT snorkel. sick of being stuck with a panel filter. agree with all thats been said before, painted and/or polished rocker cover, radiator overflow, timing cover.

Braided lines would be good, covers or metal tanks for overflow bottles/washer bottles aswell.
If you can figure out a good place to mount gauges in early e-series (EA-ED) i'd be keen on the to. If it can be polished...polish it!

Also maybe some airboxes (aluminium or whatever, to suit panel or pod) that fit where the battery is (or was) for turbo conversion boys? Oh, and a nice shiny 710 cap.
