Are you going to make it a tilt trailer ??
how about a low side so you dont bang your door if you open it on the trailer ??

Yep I thought this was a car trailer building day ..
ok so you you doing it up to have a bbq in it .. Have you thought about putting a gas Tank in there as well .. a 65ltr gas tank will keep a bbq going for a long time BUT you can allso use it for Lighting if you wanted to. and as some of you would know to fill a 4.5kg bbq bottle is 14$ (6.5ltrs) .. and yet to fill a falcon tank 65ltrs is going to be somewhere around the $25 mark. (cheaper or dearer at some placers) .. AND it is the same gas. and installing the gas tank and lines and filler is easy .. If you get a tank thats in date OR get it tested I will supply the lines and filler and Hook it all up for the club. Thats my Helpfull suggestion for the week. Cheers Swanny |

whilst its a good suggestion, i dont think we need to have that much gas on standby....
IMO a bottle will do just fine plus, that space behind the seat can be used for a storage |

you dont even have to have a big tank you could get a smaller tank and tuck it away some where else.. even under the seat.
it would be far cheaper in the long run (ie:10bottle refills) it would have payed for its self. And you can have lighting run of it as well and that would come in handy when camping...

Are you going to put hydrulics to make the trailer bounce, big phat subs to play good tunes at the displays and phat 22" alloys to show who the boss is?
Maybe throw in a fully sic strobe and hectic smoke machine for added coolisim.

yeh mate the biggest ******* you can find so it bounces real high and the sound system will keep all away the wheels well i was thinking 24" as for the smoke machine who needs it when you have an e-series they make enough smoke at the right places (track) and the strobe well we can all flash our headlights NOT

OH SNAP!!
You torched my @rse! If it were based on my ride, the amber would be gone, it would have 15" Turbo Blades, a trailer bob tail and super low leaf springs.

hey swanny, yeah that would be great! we dont plan on having it totally finished but we want it towableish by the end of the day. and we can rig up all the pipework later down the track. for lighting i was thinking maybe something mounted underneath the boot lid. will have to have a look around for those gas powered light things.

With the lighting, just get a car battery to chuck in, and have 12V fluros. Much more light, and fluros dont draw a great deal of current. Then charge the battery up every now and then.
