Default SA coastal cruise feedback thread - 56k warning

Had a great evening. An excellent turnout of 37 cars, including 4 from Mildura this time. Thanks for making the trip to Adelaide
Hope everyone enjoyed the route, including the speedhumps at Brighton :P

Some people were probably unaware of the gold coin donation for cruise notes. For those that don't know, I've started to ask for a donation for notes so that we can build up a little pool of money to fund things like promoting the club, tropheys for events, BBQs and stuff like that. Thanks everyone for your contributions.

Will post some pics as soon as I resize them and upload them.

Darin.

good turnout
I would have come along if I'd known it was on. But I'm not sure if my chrome-bumpered weapon of mass fuel-consumption would have been welcome, as it was an e-series cruise. Oh and AU's.
And BA's. :
I was actually crossing Anzac hwy on South rd at ~6.30 on my way to McLaren Vale to pick up some parts... wouldn't have missed you guys by much.

Looks like it was a good cruise, as MontyV8 says there were a lot of non e series cars in the pics, but a top night for cruising, : was going to bring the toyota just to stir you all up but the trouble n strife had the car.

That entrance to the cove looks alot like the one at Lorne I think it was, bit freaky.

Some nice cars, I like the Tickford sticker on that Ghia, any idea where you can get those?

No problems with police or speeding at all.

Only problem that has been brought to my attention is that on the second leg, a few cars spun the wheels around a corner, and a resident came running out his house and threw a conniption. The drivers who were not involved didn't appreciate his rantings.
I didn't see who it was but please respect our rules on our cruises.

Yes it was an awesome cruise. I was very surprised by the large turnout on such a hot summers day/evening! The huge line of Falcons along The Cove Rd and The Esplanade was fantastic...

nice cruise guys,
LOL. My car has a twin! That car's got a nicer bonnet though. When I get a new bonnet, I want to get an EB one, so then the cars will look even more alike!
