Can anyone give me some sorta idea into how much it would cost for a set of Pacemaker Extractors and a 2 1/2" Lukey exhaust system?
(BTW, I don't think it would be a good idea to fit it to a CFI engine. Anyone else feel this way?)

I'd say it could vary between $700-$1000 depending on the place.
Money would be better spent on MPFi though |

You'll always pay more for stainless rather than mild steel..
But mild steel last 5-7 and i think stainless is about 20.. If it were me I would just pay for the mild steel in 7 years time It will probably be time to update the car anyway |

i know for a redback exhaust (cat back) its around the $260 mark (lukey could be different).. pacemaker extractors.. around $460 last time i checked.. and then add labour on top of that.
cfi engine you'd be better off spending your money to convert to mpfi before you do anything else. |

That's what I thought. It already has an aftermarket exhaust on it which came with the car when I bought it. I need to replace the cat badly cause sometimes I get dizzy off the exhaust that leaks out of there. I've seen it leak out of there when I've got home and had a look.

I just got this quote for my ED. For the same system, although you prolly already done this, should have cost: Pacemaker extractors $485.00 fitted, A 2 1/2" Mild Steel system costs $240.00 from the 'Cat Back' using a Lukey Ultraflo muffler and Price varied for a Stainless steel system, starting at $550 from the cat back.... However I didn't get prices on a cat....

As for fitting it to a CFI, They need to breathe to mate.
If a MPFI conversion is out of the question then go for the exhaust mods. |

So, roughly about $800 buck fully fitted. I'll have to get onto a local guy who supplies Lukey gear and find out for sure.

I was recently quoted $250 for a redback system fitted, and $400 for extractors (forgot the brand) fitted. Mind you I'm in the country.
