Just head on down to the wreckers and grab a 3speed or 5speed EA MPFI ECU.

Thumbs up

musss tu beeeen ****sd, anyway you cant use a auto eec-1v for max performance , as the fuel injection codes are different between auto & manual, there are vastly different code out signals to manual mpi engine management, compared to auto mpi : engine management.
i will use a auto eec-1v if i cant find codes for a manual.
but thanks for your help.

The ea mpfi 3 spd ecu will run a 5 speed with no problems what so ever (and vice versa for that mater).

yesterday i installed a efi eec-1v out of a auto.
the car is now running perfect, idle is a1, and it pulls much harder, the wrecker told
me they have done many conversions auto to t5 manual and never changed the
eec-1v, only if it was cfi to start.
so you guys were spot on.

i found a wire had come out of reverslights, the garnish was ea, i modified it to eb & and had to rewire it to work. reversing lights are working a1 , i was wrong thinking it was the eec-1v being auto.
