Hey all finally got around to getting some pics up of my new car tonight. I've owned it just under 4 weeks and 3 of thos have been spent at panel beaters and mechanics, but i've still managed to clock up 2500 k's in that time. I bought the car in Adelaide flew over on a virgin blue flight ($51) with my brother (Kenaz8) and drove it back that day.
It's an EF2 XR6 5 speed with 3.73 LSD, what look to be pacemakers and a brand new full custom 2.5 inch exhaust and hi flo cat, I have since installed a Rollmaster adjustable cam gear and JMM DEV 4 cam, and just had a 'refurbished' bottom end put in with a cleaned up Tickford head due to a slight stuff up on my behalf : . The interior i'm not too sure what's what i think they are EF half velour half leather seats NF `lane door trims and dash and carbon fibre highlights here and there. I also have some EL ghia adjustable grey seatbelts for it that I need to put in. Also you probably noticed the EL XR front and the spoiler has been removed and the car has been fuly resprayed apart from the doors, spewing I didn't get them done but that will happen soon. Not too many plans for the car except lower it more, on some BF GT or Typhoon rims and decent CAI and and twin tips on the exhaust. Also goign to remove the spotties and the passenger side wind gaurd thingy not sure about the drivers side one as it is very usefull. Overall the car is great and goes pretty hard for what it is, i'll be heading to heathcote in a few weeks time and hoping to run midish 14's. I think a lot will depend on traction as on the street I have none at all. lol Cheers, Damo |

Looks heaps better without the front end damage. I like the spotties by the way. Personally I would keep them, but it's your car, so whatever floats your boat!

yeah i think Ash would be a little worried about lineing me up, we shared the driving on the way back from adelaide and he was quite impressed with it and I was quite worried about his gear changing skills. Sorry Ash. I know he is keen to come up to heathcote when i go, so hopefully we can get a one on one, just need someone to video it. Any takers ?
Johny Z - sunny told me they didn't have anything in the inserts, what a lying little monkey. I was looking at an EL XR today and saw the inserts, i'll probably setup some kinda cold air intake pipe down there anyway. |

It's a very nice car, I'm kind of jealous that Damo now has the better looking, faster car in the driveway. It looks good in the pic, but they probably don't do justice to how good it looks in the flesh. Ash

Hey DaMiAn fully sick EF you got there, looks mint.
You should listen to me though, remove those dodgy *** foggies and mudlaps and set 'em on fire. Then dump on stockies till you get those sexy Typhoon's on there, and colour code those mid 90's spec black bar inserts. Bring it in to 2 thouuuuuuuuusand. Then you need [KENAZ-6] plates and you and Ash can go cruising, youse will be too cool for school. Sundeep |

As for the plates... err no deal. : I'm still thinking of ideas for plates, any suggestions welcome ? Cheers for the nice comments guys i'm pretty happy with it, though the fuel economy has gone to ***** with the new cam, up from 13's to 19.8l/100km I need to speak to JMM to find out how it's supposed to be dialled in as I don't think my mechanic has it set right. |
