I am looking for a little information regarding the small black connector that plugs into the back of the late Series II and Series III stereos.
The connector in question is used for telephone muting, telephone speaker input and amplifler outputs. I have tried to purchase one from Ford but they are no longer serviced. I have contacted friends who work within Ford and they can not help me. Tried to purchase the loom second hand and no Series III AU Fairmonts or Fairlanes have been written off lately. What I asking for is a favor. Can someone with Premium Sound in a late Series II or Series III Take a photo of this particular connector next time they have their stereo out? From that I should be able to make a loom from the limited information I have. Thanks in advance. Nigel.
