Default watt amp for subs 2

sorry to get the same subject up in a different thread but no-one is answering my last post in the other1. to power 2, 4ohm, 800w peak/250watt rated sub, the frequency response d class appeared the best option at 1ch, 2ohm, 700wrms which means 350wrms to each sub. i then stumbled accross a second amp which is 2ch, 4ohm, 350rms. i know the second is a full range amp but which would be best for my subs?

full range = http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView...=&SUBCATID=595

d class = http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView...=&SUBCATID=595

again sorry for starting another thread but no-one will answer my last post and i didn't get a clear, definate answer.
