The time we did skids was on a private road in the country it was a hot day and the worst the temp got was just over half way.We went through 7 sets of stockies in a 6 hour period with some orsome video footage..MY el ghia v8 manual goes great for how it gets driven...I change the oil every 7000ks because i drive it hard and i never have to lift the bonnet even after doing skids all day...i thought it would heat up in temp but it just sat just over half even with it a 6 grand at one stage we where destroying tyres quicker then it took to change them...
