Hi everyone.
Well last Saturday I went to a Ford dealer here in Adelaide to help my dad look for a new car as someone wrote his EBII off. He's looking for a BA Fairmont. Anyway, while I was browsing the yard I came across an NC Fairlane. It got my attention because of the fantastic condition. The paint is extremely bright with no fading at all. The body is dead straight too! Anyway I couldn't resist, so I took it for a drive and bought it!! I know I paid a premium for buying it from a Ford dealer but it's one of those cars that you don't find everyday in this condition. BTW I paid $6500 with 3yr warranty. (The price on the schedule was $9965!!! Dreaming if you ask me!). It's an OCT 1994 build and first reg August '95. Oh it's a V8 of course! It's only got 140000ks, totally original, the interior is absolutely immaculate. It's also Polynesian Green. The last owner (it's had two before me) spent over $11500 in the past 6 years (I added up the receipts) on servicing and mtce. He replaced everything when it went. Even things like the chrome bumper mouldings which he replaced with genuine Ford ones. Absolutely nothing has been spared on this car. Hope u enjoy the photos and let me know what you think! |
