last and final update on this thread .
today rwe received notice from our insurance company that the case is being closed . and my wife is copping liability for this accident .
due to the fact that the other driver and owner involved have refused anything to do with this incident .
the insurance company have sited lack of evidence .
whilst they sympathise and believe our story the police have no interest in persuing these matters .
the insurance company told us that this is very common and happens everyday . without witnesses or injury , one party can simplly denigh he was involve or even there and that will not be challenged by any insurance or police dep.
