Default Spark Plugs

Gday all,
I am after some info on changing the 06 LX focus spark plugs. I have a set of NGK laser iridiums - ITR6F13.
I havent even popped the hood yet to check this out but from memory you take off the big plastic cover and then you have simple access to the plugs. Does anyone know the torque setting for the plug into the head? I will be using anti sieze on the threads . Has any body got any tips or bad experiences that may help with the job... Im thinking its pretty straightforward. I will also be changing the airfilter and while Im at it Ill pull the MAF sensor out and clean that as well.
