Default Spark plugs what ones to get?

Hey

i know this subject has been talked about alot and ive sort of done some reserch on the subject but in the end i am totally confused.

some say irridiums are best and have noticed slight improvments
while others are saying that that make no differance at all

at the moment ive got some sort of spark plugs that are made for LPG.

but now im always driving on Petrol ( always seem to pull up next to a holden at the lights) so i drive on petrol all the time should i be changing my Spark Plugs? and do they make a differance?

Any information will be good.

Cheerz
