Question Engine rebuild?

hey guys,
my EBII has done 290K's on the clock and before i start with too much engine work i was wondering if i should get a rebuild done.

what are your guys thoughts on that?

also iv been looking around at places to get it done and one that has grabbed my attention is the:

"Street-Fighter" Performance Engine 152kw

DEV-Complete Long Performance Engine, includes DEV Long Reconditioned Engine, Plus "Street-Fighter" Special Cam Kit, "Street-Fighter" Head, etc Fully installed with Spark plugs, oil, Filter, coolant, all adjustments and tuning.
New item 1/7/2004 $4,950

what do you guys think of that? has anyone heard any reports on them?

thanks

Daniel
