AU3 coolant: use motorcraft branded product ONLY, or a better aftermarket prod?

I'm replacing welch plugs this weekend which means I'll be flushing my cooling system. Should I refill with the motorcraft premixed coolant from ford, and only that, or is there something else that works the same/better?
