HELP with removing boot trim

Hi everyone, I am a proud new owner of Mk 7 fiesta CL. I recently bought a set of rear view camera (number plate mounted) to install in my car.

But I have problems trying to remove the hatch trim plastic. Can anyone help?

I found three screws, 2 at sides, 1 at handle. After removing these, do I just "pull" out the plastic? I am afraid of breaking the trim.
