Default AU1 and AU2 rotor's

Ive got the majority of the setup I need to change over to au2 brakes, the only thing I don't have is the rotors.

My question is, is there a physical difference between series one and series two rotor's?

Pretty much bought new rotors and pads a few months ago before I decide to change to au2 twin piston setup.
