Default AU2 XR6 VCT takes ~5-10 seconds of cranking to start

Hey guys,

Got an AU XR6 VCT ute with 265k ks on it, 5 speed manual (if it makes a difference) that consistently takes ages to start
This is what happens every time
- Crank for a second or two
- it splutters as it gets fuel
- not enough fuel to run, if you stop cranking it instantly stalls
- keep cranking and it'll jump to life after ~5 seconds

Its running a full exhaust (extractors, high flow cat (has a small leak around a weld), one big muffler), has a pod on the standard intake piping. I always run 98 in it, and I give it a flogging :P

So far I've done
- Replace fuel filter
- New plugs
- New leads + coilpack
- Service
- Cleaned the throttle body / intake

When its cold it seems to bunnyhop a little bit (especially while turning), but this seems to be better since I did the coilpack and leads. It did also have a misfire when going full blast in 1st sometimes, but again that seems to be fixed

Heres a video of it

My thoughts are now that it could be fuel pump?
