Mechanic/service near Frankston

I recently got a 2012 Focus LWII TDCi and it'll be due for a service soon. I've searched this forum and others looking for some consensus about where to get it serviced near me but came up short. Someone recommended Ford Chadstone and others recommended dealers to avoid. Pit Lane Automotive is an option with lots of good reviews, but the bad reviews are pretty offputting.

Does anyone have experience with independents in the Frankston/Bayside/South East area?
