Default Ford may offer a third engine in the Mustang

Looks like the Mustang is getting a new engine to slot in between the eco-friendly four-banger and the performance-oriented V-8.

Most probably a higher spec Ecoboost 4 with Focus RS specs, since they dropped the V6.

Can't see a twin-turbo V6 happening (although that would be awesome), since that would eat into profitable V8 sales. (XR6T versus XR8 scenario)
