Default Help RE: lowering.. possible dilemma!

Hey guys,
I'm took these pictures a moment ago when i was washing the car and realised a possible drama we might run into lowering my AU. The tyre is damn close to the upper control arm.. heres a few pics..

Will it hit it if i lower the car?

The rims are 8.5" wide on the front with 245/35/19 tyres and the suspension i'm looking at putting in is some superlows and some shorter shocks.
