Why do people do this?
Merging from two lanes into one lane to enter a carpark, the other driver begrudgingly had to let me in, it wasn't as though there weren't enough free carspaces. Parked the car and an hour later came back to find the car door key scratched. I know I don't have any proof that he did it but my sixth scene is in the red-zone. How I wish I'd caught him ! |

Do you have insurance? i suggest you go for malicious damage. I had $3500 worth of damage done to my old xr8, they scarred the metal and it had to be bogged. I still to this day have no idea why they did it.

The type of people who commit these sorts of crimes (yes it is a crime) will eventually fall foul of the law if left unchecked.
When caught later down the track they will cry foul at their parents, the drugs and alcohol, society etc, etc, do time and then get on the merry go round and back in the can a few years later. Karma is a wonderful thing to think of at this point in time The worst part of the insurance is that if you cannot identify the offender YOU pay the excess .

I'd be very keen to discuss the incident with the driver of a Western Australian registered 150 series White 4x4 Prado diesel. Incident occurred Brisbane Rocklea markets. I have a partial number plate of this Prado too.

I'd like to actually catch someone doing this to my car , I'd make him make a claim on his medical insurance much larger than the claim I would make on my car insurance .

Such a dog thing to do. Someone keyed mine 8 days in, that too parked at work. What's more terrible is that people just say as a matter of fact that 'new cars just get keyed'. Know what you are going through mate.

Yep, happened to my ute last year.
Right out front of home too which felt very targetted - don't like that feeling at all. Since it was repainted, a lady that cant see out of her Santa Fe decided to reverse into it - My duco is black and for the life of me I cannot see the painted target that everyone else sees. |

Sorry to hear mate, most of the time it's people who have an ego problem that get carried away and do stupid things.
Road rage is just one of those things that happen, doesn't matter who you are or what you do wrong, there will eventually some moron who decides it's a personal vendetta against him/her and take their rage out on you. Karma does come around, bunch of idiots tried to roll a friend of mine while he was on duty for not letting them illegally merge into his lane and started hitting the van with stuff they had in the car. He pulled over, they jumped out, he got out, they had baseball bats and a crowbar, ended up with a pistol in their faces. Boy did they get a surprise |
