The cooler i have installed in the picture is 460x300x76. I have all the aircon out, but there is plenty of room behind there to fit it. The current cooler i have is 460x300x90, and there is still a 40mm gap between the cooler and radiator. I hadto hack up the front bar a little more with the new cooler to get it to sit on, but in saying that, if the cooler was moved back a few cm it could have sat aswell as the first did. Didn't bother moving mine back tho as i have an aftermarket front bar to put on it and also it gives me the option of re-istalling the a/c

I was a massive fan of the cooler install on Rmyers car, looks so near and subtle.
Sunnys is very subtle too.

440x360x108 core. GTXR front bar. The front bar covers the fridge more than I'd like, but I haven't really seen one that I like 100%. Doesn't currently have aircon. I could put it back in but it has a leak under the dash somewhere and I CBF finding it. - John |

Mine: Stock bar with a lip. 300*300ish core. Air con bottle moved to drivers guard. Air con compressor has been removed. Ill be replacing the front bar with something else and going a 300*600 shortly.

Yeah my one is by 76mm as well.
Hey ebs_4l are you auto or manual? Thats pretty good power output you got, I changed from manual to auto and I dropped from 230rwkw all the way down to 170 on 7psi, so we bumped it up to 10 and its on about 210rwkw.. |

Best. Cooler. Evar! How much did it cost, if I may ask? Oh, mine is 600x300x76, with 3" inlet/outlet, the same as most other people. It looks like it is well shrouded but it gets heaps of airflow - the rex bar has thin horizontal bars that run in front of the cooler which hide it from view, but direct air straight onto the fins, so it has to go through, it cant go under/over or around it. I still have all the A/C stuff in place, but need to get some pipes bent up to mount the reciever-drier just in front of the ABS module, where I left some space when making the pipes. Just haven't gotten around to it yet. |

ive fixed up a fair bit of the finer tuning details, like even cylinder burning. which has made it a LOT smoother power delivery... also, found that although we were playing it safe, and the dyno a/f meter was reading rich as it goes... i have discovered it was tuned somehwere around 7.5-8.5:1 a/f.... LOL, we knew it was rich, but thats ridiculous for you other two with autronics, as an example, we have taken about 15 out of the fuel table numbers from 2500-5800 and from 100-225kpa.. we just keep working it back to see how it responds, and its going brilliantly.. last time i pulled some logging runs, it was sitting at 9.6:1 that will all change when i get my bigger injectors, we will tune it at 10.8-11:1 and see what sort of power it makes

yes, thats why ill take it back to that, we kept it so safe originally, since it was an un-tested combination... we just wanted it to survive to get some idea of its reliability, and since we didnt consider it an overly strong combination, we just touched our toes in the water for a feel, once you get over 300rwkw with any engine, and pushing near 350rwkw, basically you are on borrowed time... unless its a nicely built setup, which i dont have
