Yeah i might get in contact with a few places and have chat...

Here is a little list of the porblem i have encountered jusat thought i would let other Orsm members know what was going on...

Quote:
My front bar and rear drivers side door has been scuffed and the door has been scratched.
When i told the guy he proceded to tell me oh no way we could have done that yet you could clearly see that the dirt that was on the car from it raining on my way there, was wiped down the side of the car... Also after they did a test drive who ever was driving also wiped a rag over the car which was covered in dirt which just leads to more scratches... It was attedned to by somone proceeding to wipe and polish the front bar evan though it was dirty still.

They fitted the xforce exhaust but it is rattling on somthing and hitting the underside of the car... also the rear hanger on the exhuast is known for hitting a part of the rear body work and the hanger should have been bent instead of the body work on my car which now being bent the paint has come off and will rust if i don't paint it....

Also the emmisions light keeps coming on as well and hasn't been turned off in the tune... due to the higher flow cat the second 02 is picking up thats its a little diferent from standard....

Also a 8psi actuator was fitted, however it had a 12psi actuator on it last time i took it there. and it was changed due to the 12psi one not being able to keep it below 18psi???? from my understanding a 12psi actuator should be fine. It would run a minimum of 12psi if the factory boost controler was disconnected..

Im just very disapointed in this whole situation. I chose to go to *** as they are known for there high powered show car's and there efforts in the targa rally. Im also dissapointed that there was no apology or anything for the marks on my car. It very annoying because i will always do my own work to my cars as i know i will get the result i want, i thought i would give it a chance and get someone else to do work on my car.... last time thats ever going to happen. Im also very annoyed at the treatment i was given when i told them they had scratched my car.. but you could clearly see where the dusty dirty makrs had been wiped past leaving scratch marks.

Not happy!!

What sort of setup are you going for? Konis? Be good to hear how you go as it's something I would like to do.

Did you get any of your earlier issue sorted with ***?

Ive only gone whiteline sway bars 30mm front and 21mm rear and kingsprings SSL front and rear. I'll see how goes and then make a decision.

The sway bars are great, I'm running 30mm front and it stiffned it up nicely.

Good to hear everything go fixed up.

Unless you will be doing heaps of track work, i would go for the adjustable Koni's. Although theTein's are awsome units, the ride will be harder.
Then again, knowing that you dont do things by halves, maybe the Teins are exactly what you need.

Well first things is First i have say a massive,
Thankyou to Chris and Theo and BLUEPOWER racing developments one for
the entertainment i had while my car was there and then also the
outstanding work that was done to my car.

After some drama's and some poor results from previous tune's with I decided
to take my car to Bluepower to get the tune Fixed once and for ALL !! My
car was sat on the dyno and we checked through a few things changed the
thermostat and tuning then began... each change that was made to the tune
chris explained to me what was going on how it would improve the car in
each area make it more driveable and making it a truly custom tune specificly
for my car not just a generic tune tweaked to suit.

Results, well not evan with the tune not nearly finished power was well
above my previous record. After much massaging of the tune chris produced
a few runs of above 500hp which totaly blew me away i was so extatic and
consistant runs as well which goes to show that the gear that is on the car
can perform very well time and time again..

The power reading was made with less boost than it had making 330rwkw on
the previous tune. My problem now is chirs has found a few area's in which
we can improve the results and i can't wait to get it back there with the
improvements in place..

So after driving it for a day im blown away at how well it drive's and i can put
my foot down and get the car going without having nothing and then bang
just frying tyre's, which of course it can too but it is much more drivable mid
range power is up immensly and its feels so much more responsive...

So at this stage my can is running standard engine, standard clutch,
standard diff, a plazmaman 800hp kit, process west surge tank, 60lb injectors, xforce exhaust.

I just want to say a huge thanks again to Chris and Theo you guys have
done an outstanding job i couldn't recomend you and higher..
Cheers Tristan

Dyno sheet...

just cause.....

This has been a very interesting build thread, and must comment on how amazing the car has come up. I know they look the goods from the factory but the few simple mods you have done make the ride look totally different.

I am a big believer in BPR also, Chris has done work on my previous ride and was most happy with the service. My next car will be going back there without doubt.
