Certainly different... But I think I prefer it better before, with the Tickford lip on the front...

Nice work though!

Phenomenal! Best looking bar I've seen on an E series (EL XR6 would be the exception).

BA GT BAR.. 2nd hand off ebay.. $280..
2nd hand EF fairmont front bumper.. $120
sikaflex $17
Large fibreglass kit.. $55..
white 2 pack paint/glosss gunmetal paint/all clears/primers to do an A1 paint job.. $220...
Bumper filler..$20..

Thats about it.. the rest was just labour building it and that was free as a mate helped prepare the bumper for painting and i built it..

Best One I have seen on a E series. These Ba-Bf front ends really suit the E series. There seems to be a market for this, if priced at the right.

thanks heaps guys.. im happy you like it.. dont get much ford supporters in sydney like you do in Melbourne..

"classy yet intimidating was the "Aim of the game".. and when i saw the typhoon bar thread i couldnt help but find a way to post pics of my car.. being a painted BA GT version..

EFFalcon- AND Paulc...........
the ideas yes were helped source from your bumper work but i thought id try something a lil different being a BA GT bar and not settleing for anything less.. lol...

Grill kinda accidentally matched nicely.. lol.. i painted the grill black before i did the front bumper... for kinda a "DUB" looking grill...

MT PANORAMA is actualy a public road.. open most of the year and only closed for racing events.. ive done many laps.. lol.. 2 days ago i took the photo's ive posted up.. 60km/h spped limit around the track.. i stick to it so i dont get hassled.. Usualy never a cop insight ever thouugh.. and no fixed camera's.. conrod straight is hard to stick to 60km/h.. i was in nuetral at 110km/h!! from a rolling start of 20km/h at the top of conrod.. -wasnt me! blame gravity!! lol

Looks awesome. You've done a great job of it! My only criticism is you should paint that bar at the top of the airdam black or gunmetal grey to match the grille and lower splitter.

oh yes, i know what part you are on about.. the bar that runs horizontal under the number plate.. have debated on about painting it but decided to keep it as is as it gives the bumper a more "fuller" apearance "front on".. painting it black to hide it will make it look a lil "visualy thin" if that makes sense...lol

Yeah, I get you. I think on the FPVs it's painted black

put me down for one that absolutely looks fantastic will defiantly make me get the rest of body kit for my Fairmont so far i have el xr spoiler waiting to be sprayed & fitted. do you think that it would be possible to fit gt rear bar or does anyone think it would look a bit ugly with both front & rear gt bars on a ef Fairmont
