Default seats on LV Focus

Love my LV Zetec, except the seats are a little too narrow for me.Would the seats from an XR5 fit in?

just be mindful if your seats have airbags in them (most probably yes - check if there's an airbag tag sewn into the side rear) then you may have issues with that

XR5 seats may or may not be able to plug straight in without causing problems with the computer/air bag deployment

.To be honest, I never thought about the airbag issue.

You shouldn't have an issue plugging in XR5 seats into a Focus, just ensure it is from an LV Focus XR5 Turbo, as they could've changed connectors on airbags. Also with the deeper bucket seats, do you think it would be any wider?

If your going to install the seats, just make sure the battery is disconnected as you don't want to set the airbag off by accident. Also torque bolts to correct spec
