Default need to ID auto gearbox

I have an auto gearbox in the garage that I think came out of a late 90s Mondeo.

Number stamped on the gearbox is RF F*RP 7006 AA. Also a number on a sticker
PTAA F73P BB
F&3P BB71 7294 0835

Any idea on which make, model and year?

All signs point to a '98 Ford Mondeo 2L (2nd Gen Mondeo)

1998 Ford Contour (aka Mondeo)
ATX, 4 cyl (2.0L), ID F73P-BA
ATX, 4 cyl (2.0L), ID F73P-BB
ATX, 6 cyl (2.5L), ID F73P-AA
ATX, 6 cyl (2.5L), ID F73P-AB

edit: 5-speed manual transmission changed from rod shift to cable shift.

Thanks for the quick response.

Shame the 3 Ford dealers I rang asking the same question seemed to be lost about which vehicle the part came from without a VIN.

Now all I need is someone to buy it from me...........
