My mums EF is droping its revs when you are idling...
You will sit at lights and it will idle at 1000rpm then will drop down to about nothing then jump back up to normal with a matter of seconds... No one can seem to find the problem she has had the the head done and that but nothing worked...

ICS been cleaned? I'd also look for crap in the fuel system and reset the ECU.
