Default Cheap turbo on e bay

Hey just saw this on ebay but if it doesnt go for to much more be a good starter for anyone wanting to turbo there ford was @ $60 as i write this plus a rebuild still be cheaper than new http://cgi.ebay.com.au/AIR-RESEARCH-...QQcmdZViewItem

that turbo is hammered, could it be salvaged from doing a rebuild?

he claims it has been sitting in his shed for ages it may even be alright if i were interested id get a SA member to go round and check it out first.

I reckon that'd definately need a rebuild. It looks shagged. There's a guy on the forums selling a Master Power turbo for 650ono. I'd rather pay a few hundred extra and get that.
