Default Wade 1521a

Has anyone used one of these cams? The specs are:
Lobe Lift|Timing Ad |Duration | Valve Clr | Valve Lift | Lobe Sep |
| Open Close | @.050 | | | |
Ex .262 69-25 217 .Hyd .524 114
In .262 22-72 217 .Hyd .524

Rocker Ratio 1.55
Mid to top end, manual or High stall, Needs springs.

Thats according to Wade cams,

Will the computer need recalibrating to suit the cam or is it a straight swap and then add extractors and exhaust etc.?

if you are after the 1521A, your gonna wait a while, no billet is available yet. unless you can find one that is being sold somewhere

i will need a chip or something to run that cam. it is absolute hell without one. at least you have a manual to help out a little bit. also expect 18L p/100km unless its chipped.

So what sort of cam would be better? The main reason I was looking at that one was because it was the only one that mentioned manual. If I was still to get a 1521a, what would be the best economy I would get, and what sort of power gain?
