Angry Warped cylinder head

G'day all,my LS had some major engine trouble at 16 000 k's it's been in the workshop for about 3 weeks now and l've finally been told what's wrong with the car. : They tell me it's a warped cylinder head and fry'd ECU saying that it would of been caused by engine overheating (well thats strange l'm the onlyone who drives it and it did'nt happen while l was driving it.)Anyway now l've been pushing Ford to give me extended warranty on the car as l've only got two years of warranty left(l average 15.000 k's a year) but it's looking bleak.I'll get to the point by saying please ring Ford direct for your troubles with the car as most dealer workshops are not passing details across l've noticed a lot of troubles in the register so please get on the phone and let them know (13 3673) thanks.

forgot to ask, did they check thermostat if it was faulty? if not can you get hold of it to get it checked out. I redid a head for a customer two days later the car over heated fing the head, we found the new thermostat was faulty, had to send it off to testing mob to get report on it, well thermostat company paid for rerpairs

Well they never mentioned anything about the thermostat as that would be manufacturer fault but even if it would have that would mean none of the warning lights or gauges work in the car as l did not get any warnings.

my customer had 20secs warning before it boiled, needle went from warm to boil in a snap. I think because of no or little water flow it took longer for the sensor to get to warning levels.
